I have parked up at New Brighton several times no probs. A lovely cycle ride along the waterfront from there then take the ferry cross the mersey into Liverpool. Great view of the Liver Building (Sadly not open to the public)
At other times have taken advantage of the free unrestricted street parking around the huge Anglican Cathedral - well worth the £4 to go up the tower on a nice day for another fabulous view. (The tall thin tower in the city centre is rarely open to the public, and then is more expensive) If you are prepared for the inconvenience of parking up and going into a city Liverpool has a lot to offer. Maritime Museum, St Georges Hall, Walker Art Gallery all well worth seeing if you've time.
weather ? we are having blue skys & sunshine here but a bit cold.

Always wanted to go to Ireland in the camper, hubby is put off again as he thinks
the troubles have started again.
we were in n ireland a couple of weeks ago & saw or heard nothing (trouble)
the people there are very friendly & want to see people coming.
if you dont want to go to n ireland there are plenty of other places to go & wild camp in safety.

Went there last weekend really surprised how nice it was parked up on the front near a small yachting club opposite side to the castle. Saturday night we stopped on croft drive Caldy. Police knock on van around 8pm to say I had left my satnav on view, told him I would be gone in the morning ad was told "don't worry Im not moving you on stop as long as you like just warning you not to leave valuble on view." Nice police around there well done worral police.:welcome:I have parked up at New Brighton several times no probs.
