So I was with friends at the weekend at, West Midlands Show-ground (Shrewsbury) and I spotted this rather nice Showmans living van, sadly the owner didn't show while i was there, so was unable to get a look inside.
Fred Dibnah used to drag one of those about behind his steam tractor. Because the wheels were front and back they could also tow another trailer behind it. The one in the picture has a tow hitch.
showmen can legally drag 2 swivel axle trailers. i knew a girl once who had a massive volvo tractor unit , and pulled 2 lovely old showmans waggons with all the cut etched glass work. she just needed the space for stuff
