Lithium batteries not top balanced

So 8 battery cells at 3.5v fitted and now need to be fully charge but I have 2 and both have different percentages the voltage can be changed in setting on app
Smart shunt also has different voltage but can Bluetooth to mppt
Invertor has different voltage. To smart shunt and batteries.
Battery have been connected for days to each other and they are about ten amps out.
When i change voltage to calibrat voltage. the per

centage moves what victron unit should be my true north.

Or should I take reading from 70mm cables as the cells are now sealed in.?

3 am batterys still moving .5 or half a amp 500mareset 0 power on smart shunt and put victron stuff in line as the daddy.

Will charge with invertor/ charger at 120 amps plus solar so bms set at 155 max charge.
