Lincolnshire Wolds area beaches ???

Hi folks,

Thinking of heading over to the coast between Skegness and Grimsby to see 2017 in.
We are travelling from Staffordshire to drop Daughter off in Sheffield then heading off for a few days. did the same last new year but went to Whitby, Scarborough, Hornsea etc and really enjoyed it, beaches, walking, shop browsing etc.
What is that area like please? I notice that the poi listings are a bit sparse over that way and dont want to get caught out.

Yes Lincolnshire is another county that does not like overnight parking.

It reminded me of the North Wales coast with all the static caravans!
