My wife stuck a week with them and walked out, bad to work for to the extreme.
Nop was not allowed to go to the loo when in desperation, no relief if on till, boss had key and stood outside if you did get, no good for girls at wrong time of the mth, me i think he was a perv to be honest.I was under the impression it was Aldi that had a poor reputation as an employer, not Lidl?
I would of peed on his shoes,Nop was not allowed to go to the loo when in desperation, no relief if on till, boss had key and stood outside if you did get, no good for girls at wrong time of the mth, me i think he was a perv to be honest.
At least you would be kept warm working for Mr DThe worst ones I worked for were good living Brethren, tight as a ducks a-se and always thought you were trying to nick something from them, clocked you in & out to the last second but made you serv customers well over you home time with no overtime, id rather have worked for the Devil.
£200 that's about £4 a week tight gits
It would take more than that for me to work in a covid factory.Maybe they should double the price of the food in their stores then they can give the staff a couple of thousand quid bonus
Many can't be picky about their job opportunities. I think £200 is a great bonus and importantly proves to the shop floor that they have been thought about and discussed at board room level. It would take more than that for me to work in a covid factory.
Many here work for half that.£200 that's about £4 a week tight gits
I have made double that in 5 mins flipping a car. Many can't be picky about their job opportunities. I think £200 is a great bonus and importantly proves to the shop floor that they have been thought about and discussed at board room level.
Well done Lidl and I hope others including authorities/gov follow their example

If you have enough to enjoy that choice then good on you but if your scratching around to put bread on the table then money coming, whatever the job is welcome. When the company I worked for went bust I walked the industrial estates knocking on every door and was happy to take anything on offer. I ended up delivering Viagra to pharmacies in a hundred mile radius twice a day six days a week. I was doing someone some good I supposeIt would take more than that for me to work in a covid factory.
