LG Smart TV connecting to iPhone.

I have the above TV with a Firestick but always have difficult getting a connection.
Round and round I go every time, eventually getting there.
Ami doing something wrong? I am finding it so frustrating.

I find that I sometimes have to turn the share personal hot spot off then on again,that usually works for me

Yes I have found that too but it still seems tricky.

I found, to avoid constantly having to put in passwords, making sure hot spot on then, turn on TV else it won't connect.
