Let’s talk headlights

3= headlights
4 = full beam
so 1 2 4 are working 3 both went off at the same time so would that be a fuse or is it feesable that both headlights should blow at the same time.

Left and right parking lamps these days are on sep fuse, but if both h lamps are off then its prob a relay or fuse, are both dip and high beam of or just one or the other.

they are all separate bulbs and it’s just the dip lights that are not working,

not likely ,but inspect the bulbs first for elimination

Lots of vehicles I've had have had separate fuses for left and right headlights.
Could be any of the things mentioned.
I'd check fuses first, probably easiest.
Then check bulbs. Actually I'd just get new bulbs and put them in. Not worth time faffing about with old bulbs.

They are separate fuses as well, so I suspect the relay/switch or earth but first I would check the bulbs, one could have blown earlier than the other, unlikely but it costs nothing to check

Dipped beam relay is in the fuse board behind the dashboard (Body Control Module) T01

Main beam relay is in the engine fuse box (CVM) T02

If its a relay there not too expensive, about £5 tops, after fuses I think its the problem, normally a click can be heard when the stock at wheel is flipped, relays are norm in a cluster near or in a fuse box under the dash or hood.

Indicator stalk probably faulty.

Buy an older van with gas h lamps.
Far to much wiring in todays stuff, how did we manage 30 years back, a lot better by miles.

Extra wiring is nout to do with lights, had 100w lights 30 years back, more to do with all the sh-t not required in veh these days, years back a couple of relays and a simple fuse box was all required, now a makers own fancy box with relays of own des cost squillions, just so you cannot do DIY.

Loads had 100w lights 30 years ago, they weren't often gas though.
