Leaking window VW T4

I have a small leak in one of the windows, it's the rubber bead type of window and has the makers name Fullham Vehicle Windows. It looks like I will need to reseat the window or bead.

I can not find any info anywhere on how to do this, can't even work out how to remove the glass and frame.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
