Kitchen Sink waste basket.

Hi all....

We have a smev sink with a waste basket to catch the bits. Unfortunately we lost it (theory is that it got accidentally chucked with the rubbish.)

So I ordered a new one from the Hymer dealer (I could not find one elsewhere on the internet) who charged £10-44 (plus pandp) for a new one. I attach photos.

Now I am in discussion with them because I believe there should be a rubber seal on the bottom, there even appears to be a grove to take the seal. I am sure the last one had a seal.

Can I ask anyone with a similar sink basket to have a look at theirs to see if their should be a rubber around the bottom of the basket ?

Hi Paul, we use Smev sinks at work, they all have rubbers on the basket, I normally buy from Amazon when they get thrown away here. Andy
