Kindle 3g+wifi

Are you using the 3G phone signal to connect and is it free?

Cheers

Hi Barry
I have been using it quite a lot for surfing and we have not had any charges yet:eek:. Amazon in there small print use the 'fair use policy' I have to say if you do use to surf the net it does shorten the life of the battery. The way I look at it is that its allways good to have 'Free' backup to keep in touch. But I like the concept of having a complete library in such a small space.:D
bye for now

Hi,
In this weeks Web User ( I buy it for the technical bits on page 3) it has 15 Kindle tips including a Global map for 3G Wi Fi coverage. This allows you to search for a specific Country / City / area & home in on it. Very handy.
