Great bit of kit we wouldn't be without. We also use ours for drying the shower walls. I also read somewhere (can't remember where) you can cut the power adapter off, fit a USB plug so it can be charged via USB 5v. Helpful if some of you electrical experts could confirm and provide wiring diagram.
That would be me in this thread. You don't need a wiring diagram, on the USB lead it's the black wire for negative and red wire for positive. See picture below for Karcher plug, this is on my lead and you should use a multimeter on yours to check the polarity for yourself. The problem of course is getting the Karcher plug, I cut mine off the original charger when it stopped working so I soldered it to the USB cable but my original idea was to get these, I was going to cut off the plug about half way down the charger's wire and put one female connector on the charger wire and one male connector on the plug wire, then put one female connector on the USB cable that way I could use either the mains charger or the USB cable to connect to the Karcher plug. I hope this all makes sense.
