my park home to comply with site license has to have the wheels attached and the towbar present , it has been sited here for 18 years and has a two foot curtain wall all around it’s 120 ft perimeter but it’s still a temporary residence ?

I have to say I agree very heavy , however as it was on a camping spot it must have been towed there and with a German number plate I assume it was towed from there.

Maybe taken there by truck, that os how most are moved in UK.

Cant tell from the pic but park homes have no suspension/brakes or lighting so have to be transported on trucks.
