Although we prefer Newhaven Dieppe it is a bit pricey for when we wanted to go. So we have booked out with Irish Ferries Dover Calais £195 cheaper than DFDS.
Also we didn't need to do an API. At that sort of saving I think it is really good.

We have booked a trip back from Calais to Dover with a dog for £100 in August.

Last Irish Ferries Dover - Calais - Dover trip was £185 return, 7.5m motorhome, 2 adults, 0 children, 0 pets at sensible o`clock.

Used the maximum allowed £150 of Tesco vouchers so only £35 came out of the bank.
