we started our trip to visit the family homeland at crookhaven in the june ,while there taking the dog for a walk got in conversation with a local when i commented on the lovely weather his reply was ! it’s good that you’ve come now we have summer early in these parts , which i thought the most irish expression id ever heard
 
We've been twice and hoping to go again soon if I can get an Auto van, we used this to find places, it was good but not used it for about 3-4 years.

No one has mentioned Inch beach thats a beautiful part of the country.
Don't know what happened above!
It's stunningly beautiful and you can overnight on the beach. Don't get stuck in the sand like we did....if you do the surf school will lend you a shovel!
