Have been looking around for quotes as have had to change the insurance from van to campervan.
I got a good deal £197. Was paying over £400 before. This is fully comp with a company called KGM.

I'll try them tommorrow my renewal was initially £885 including breakdown and legal cover. I've since got it down to £700 but i'm still not happy with it.
With C&C club it's £606 without breakdown cover.
Last year my quote from Adrian Flux was £552 so it's a shame it's gone up over £300.

I've no idea how they work out my quote, last year i'd the same messing around. Eventually Flux quoted cheaper than the others but i'd to do all the leg work.

i got a good quote from them but they dont offer agreed valuation so if you drive a clasic like i do its too much of a gamble to go with them. Pity.....

Have you tried NFU Mutual? I had to change my MH to class 1 business use this year - NFU were one of the few to offer a quote and were by far the cheapest. Plus I'm dealing directly with the local office. I've just put the car with them too.

Find your local office and give them a call, it seems to work better than going via the head office.

just got a quote from KGM, £216 for Vauxhall Movano Selfbuild. Adrian Flux wanted £505 to renew policy, (now with KGM).

I did a lot of ringing around and the quotes varied from £869 to £228. Eventually went for the Caravan club at £228, fully comp for self build includes contents and camping equipment etc.

I couldn't get cheaper than the Flux quote. No idea why it is so expensive.
