I'm back!

Well, i've done it. 2,200 miles around France in 2 weeks! You missed me?
My little bottom is now flat, lol :lol-053:
I can now see why France is a favourite destination of motorhomers, easy to drive around and lots of Aires and places to stop for little or no fee. It was a breath of fresh air to visit an area that welcomed motorhomes!
14 nights and 12 aires, 5 of them free ones and even the dearest was only 10 euro with unlimited electric and shower/toilet block! and 2 carparks.
Would I go again? - Yes, however, only when I can spend more than 2 weeks their, I think we tried to cram too much into the time and wore ourselves out! I would love to do at least 4 weeks and maybe venture into Germany too.

Got stopped at UK border control on the way back in this morning too! Got a grilling on where we had been, how long, where did we buy our tickets etc etc, they let us back in in the end. I blame Neil, always thought he looked a bit dodgey!:scared:

sorry I had to leave the sun back in France, boarder control wouldn't let me keep it, lol
Can't believe the rain here, usually this time of year we are away in the UK and always have 2 weeks of sun, It must have known I wasn't about :boat:

I go away for 2 weeks and it all happens on here! Can't trust you lot! ;)Had a little nosey while I was away but missed it all! Glad things are back to the fun and friendly side.

Yeah everything seems to have settled down and its all nice and peaceful...........just the way we like it happy happy happy :banana::banana::banana:
 
Glad you enjoyed in Lotty, wish the UK was as good as that for motorhomes, what a difference! Hope you put some piccies up, are you going to July meet? xx

HI, not going to the July meet i'm affraid, it's too far for us to travel for just one night. We can't go Fridays because of work and 175 miles each way is a bit too much for a Saturday night out! Especially after 2,200 in France my bottom needs a rest, lol
 
Glad you enjoyed your holiday Lotty, we got back 1am this morning after 3 weeks in France we got down to the south west coast in the Basque country, had a Whale of a time.

Yeah its a shame we don't adopt the same attitude, hey ho, i'm looking at some fancy dress or summat i can put Henry in to disguise him, lol, would like to for a pair of weeks

Great to see you back, i've not really missed you much, actually, I forgot about you :dance:
