igniter switch on electrolux rm4400 not working

hi all am having problems with the gas on my 3way fridge I recently changed over from propane to butane and while there is exaust from flew the fridge is not getting cold . removed the fridge phew and now the ignitor switch is not working. anyone any ideas please. I lit the burner at bottom using a lighter and there is a good blue flame so the gas part seems ok Have I blown a fuse on the igbiter or is there one . itsworks great on mains and battery. any ideas about igniter switch help

Igniter switch not working

If the fridge works properly when you light the burner manually you could just continue to do that - one friend of mine does. On the other hand it's a very good possibility that the electrodes on the igniter have got covered in dust etc. If you have a vacuum cleaner which blows, then blow thoroughly all around the igniter area (be prepared for a lot of dust). I did this for another friend and his fridge now lights on first click! If your vacuum cleaner doesn't have a blowing capapbility, just try to vacuum the dust away.
