I wouldn't say no...!

It has a shower and a loo (top of the list for me) and a big, comfy fixed bed.
The fridge/freezer looks good too - you rarely see 'white goods' designed like that in the UK.

He does state that the van was designed for his specific requirements, which is why there is no long seats/couches/socialising areas etc.

It's the rest of the setup - particularly the power supply set up (no gas) that I like.

It will be an extra long van so no good for me - not that I could afford it anyway!!

I understood Phil (Admin) is having (or has had?) a 4x4 Sprinter van conversion done? Was interested to know what he maybe thought of this one ... 🤷‍♀️

I thought Phil was having a VW swamper?

Either way I’d want a walk in bathroom, fixed bed(s) and permanent dinning area.

Its interesting how different people want/like/need such different things from a van.

I like the PVCs, I bet they are great for throwing around the Alps and will give a good turn of speed on a motorway I bet but I am afraid I am with Boris. Too small for us. Maybe if I was on my own. We fill our six berth coach built as it is. They are nice though.

Too big for me 😂 but I don’t live and work from mine.

Otherwise a nice van, appears to have all the toys.

Only thing I would say if you need the space of a LWB Sprinter extended, (especially a 4X4). you probably choose the wrong van, but perhaps the Daily isnt available in USA

I guess it’s all relative, mine is 8m long and feels like a toy to me, but the guy I attend race meetings with has a 6m PVC and he’s constantly worried about it’s size.

He‘s no lesser driver than I am, on a circuit in a race car we are fairly evenly matched, but he’s a teacher and I’ve driven Artics most of my life.

I’m not worried about driving a big vehicle, it just limits where you can go sometimes, especially when you foot the bill.
I mean I’ll happily take somebody else’s 8M van down some tracks.

That’s how I feel Mark. Yes the A class is great but finding somewhere to park it can be challenging. I will miss the space, but will enjoy the better sleeping arrangement and smaller van conversion when driving and parking.

That's a bit sleek for me.
Best van I ever saw was an individually converted transit that had wooden cupboards made from reclaimed boards, the handles were made from curved branches. Best bit of carpentry I have seen. The van was simple, no fancy electronics or gadgets and beautiful.
I wanted it!!!!!

Went from a lwb T5 to a mwb Crafter and found it too big but not as in driving it just using it in general. It always felt like we were sitting in the back of a builders van. We much prefer the cosy camping feel with a pop top to the house on wheels feel. We never leave Scotland and seek out remote places sneaking under height barriers and down muddy tracks so we’re definitely going back to another lwb Transporter.
