I can't see £80k

It is, but I think only an L3 and dosh permitting, if I didn't need a garage, it'd be on a list, although I prefer the extra length of the L4, H2 is okay, the H3's look odd to me.

Just over a year old.

I see the attraction: easy to park, possibly cheaper to run, no leaky seams, but some are way overpriced.

I have several searches running on eBay, and I'm astounded by how many vans are with Motorhome Depot these days. I'd never buy or sell with them, and I've noticed they never put more than 9 pictures in the ads, and they are often not very informative, so you have to contact them for more. I changed my number on eBay to stop them bothering me, so it's all via email.

Mate recently bought a van from Motorhome depot, very happy with the dealings from initial viewing to purchase. Made an offer on the understanding a few jobs were done, biggest of them being cam belt. Offer accepted and works carried out.
Funny enough, that was a V Line Sport too, 2015 or 16.

The advert states "full 2 year warranty" and that reminded me of something I saw a little while back .... someone had a very new motorhome - just a matter of months since registration but the remaining warranty was just months as the clock started when the van was delivered to the converter and then they took however long to do their stuff and then it was sitting waiting for a customer with that clock still ticking.
So something I think worth doing on any motorhome/camper is to really check how much warranty is left and NOT just go by the registration. That method only really applies to cars!

Our first camper was an Autotrail Tracker. It had been bought brand new by a guy of "generous proportions" and he'd made a few modifications to suit his size, including corner steadies. He still couldn't cope with it and quickly traded it in for something much bigger. I toddled in at exactly the right time, drove it a couple of miles to a roundabout and back to see how it handled on corners and bought it on the spot. It took us all over Europe and I loved it. Never really looked back.
