There is some parking with overnighting tolerated at the lookout 52.086877, -7.616787 although make sure you don’t park in the bus bays. There are no facilities. This is listed on the motorhomeparkingireland app which is a worthwhile £5 for a years subscription if visiting Ireland. The lookout needs to be approached from the centre of the town R911 and the street named Boreenatra. Avoid the waterside approach from the bridge!
The better news is that a new Aire is expected to be built at the Quaans which I believe is the leisure/community centre a few hundred metres to the west of the Lookout. It is expected to have a service bay.
