Hymer Truma Trauma!!

Right problem is I don't know where to start on using the blown air from the truma combi system! My van is a Hymer (1996) B544 with the Truma in the wardrobe. I have had her a week and I know the hot water works as the seller showed me that but I have forgotten the blown air heating procedure.
Would be grateful for your thoughts and guidance on this!!!!!

There is a dial on wardrobe and I just found a dial in the cab area behind drivers seat which has a auf, summer & winter setting, do I just turn this to Winter setting for Blown Air Heating after switching on my leisure battery? and does it take a while to get going?

Sam, sorry to jump in on your post but I hope you get lots of responses as we have a 1994 Autotrail Cheyenne and we are trying to get our blown air thing to work, there only seems to be one dial on the wardrobe and that's it! Here's hoping someone can help...

I followed your advice and spent the evening googling the problem and I think I had an air lock in the system and I am embarrassed to admit I had not tuned the Gas on in the kitchen cupboard! The Truma is now fully operational ready for our first trip!
Cheers for your help.:)

I have a hymer but a 2001. Mine is regulated by having water choice of 40*or 60* for summer and for winter use the blown air comes into play too. So full boiler system with water turn to winter use or like mine to picture of boiler and turn up thermostat and within about 10minutes you should feel the warm air being blown out. Check the little flaps at the end of the air tubes are open too

We have this control on our 6kW Trumatic which gives a choice between water temp. of 40 and 60 deg C., independently of the heating system.

The picture shows a shower which means hit water only. A shower with a boiler symbol which means hot water plus hot air
