There was something in Disabled Drivers mag a few months ago where you can either ring or book using app for a company that then comes to your vehicle and fills it up. I did have a look at it but at the time it was only working in London and outskirts. If it gets used it will probably spread across the country but I expect it will take a while before it gets everywhere, if at all

Have a look at this one, it has found a load of filling station around me but I have not tried using it yet as I am okay filling up, should do what you were after though: fuelService - Helping disabled drivers refuel their cars
