About 10 to 15 minutes for mine to get hot with the gas and a bit quicker on 240v hookup.

Hi Trevor,
Slightly off topic-
I had to wait for twenty five minutes for a kettle to boil on the mains at a Pub in Ironbridge when I wanted a cup of tea,
I have never questioned boiling times since.

You will find there is a temperature thermostat and on mine I can have either 60 or 40 setting, normally about 20 mins for 60 degrees and as i shower which is about 5-8 mins i find the water does not go cold I don't think you use 12v power warming water only using it because of the pump.

Just a tip:D wet your self first turn of the water and when latherd up rinse
of, saves water and gas reheating water.

Also when showering if someone else is in the van ask them not to use any other taps as this will reduce your water flow:eek:

When on hookup, I use elec and gas water heating simultaneously to heat the water quickly and keep it hot during a shower. It usually takes about 15 mins to get up to temperature in the first place.
