How long is your motorhome?

I've just found this on the website for a campsite in the Peak District.:D

The nature of the site means pitches vary in size and shape, therefore it is important to be clear about the size of your caravan or motorhome and whether a caravan awning is required at the time of booking. Motorhomes of up to 44” in length have stayed at Rivendale, however, only a limited number of pitches are available for motorhomes of this length and care must be taken when negotiating the loop roads within the main pitching area with vehicles of this size.

That's a motormansion

I thought that 44" is inches, not feet. Like in 28' 6". Maybe I am wrong.☺☺☺ I really don't know as I have only dealt in mm, cm, m.

It is inches, which is why I posted it.

Has anyone got a camper 3'8" long?

A MH 44" long would have no problem negotiating the loop roads tho! Maybe it was a retractable vehicle?? :cool1:

I have just measured mine. (motorhome, that is )

If you publish your address, I will send you the piece of string I used.

It seems longer than 44".
