House vs Camper

Dunno Graham, hadn't spotted that.

I reckon you can double the price for a turnkey version of the building though. Perhaps more depending on the spec I suppose.

Still cheap housing though if maintained properly.

I can recommend downsizing, we've done it so often we'll be living in a shoe next. Ended up in a cottage attached to a manor house so we have a share in the 8 acres of grounds and a 1 bed cottage, just ned to chip in with the mowing every 8 weeks, we worked our way up to a smallholding and now working our way back down again.
