I've just had a really hot chilli cooked with a brisket of beef and Trinidad Scorpion chillies and Wow!! Served with chunky chips, sliced Cajun sausage and a little salad and sour cream.

I know hot spicy food is not everybody's cup of tea, but I really like it. This however takes it to a new extreme. The Trinidad Scorpions have a lovely flavour, but are extremely, and I mean extremely hot and should be used sparingly otherwise there could be a sudden outbreak of death! (or at least walking with a squint for a few days).

If you like hot and spicy food, I heartily recommend them but handle with care.

I might order some more and try and make some sort of sauce to carry in the van as a winter warmer.

👅 yummy 😋

Mmmmm....where abouts in Norfolk are you.....might be knocking on yer door :lol-053: Maja

I love chillies used properly they can add flavour too anything my real favourite for years chillie chocolate or chillie ice cream

If I need to rub my eyes after handling chillies I always remember to use a tissue but always forget when I pee, the amount of times my todger has been a searing lance of fire and I still forget.
