hook up not working

hi there,just getting the hymer 644 ready after a few months lay off ,the batteries are charged up and every thing is working fine off gas, but not off the hook up .its not the cutoff switch.have tried different leads, so its not that, any ideas?

Check that the mains socket/s have power to them on hook-up.

If so, the fridge and other mains/gas appliances will need individual checks to find out what's wrong. (Check circuit breakers.)

If there's no power at the mains socket/s, check the RCD (earth leakage) trip, and individual circuit breakers.

As with all electrical problems it pays to be logical.
Be very carefull doing this, using a voltmeter on 250volts A/C
1 Check EHU mains socket that you are plugging the lead into is live.Plug in a lamp.
2 Check that there is power at the mains switch within the motorhome.
3 Check that there is power getting through the mains switches.
4 Follow Canalsman's advice and try all the mains sockets within the motorhome
5 Then just check individual circuits
