Hi all
My name is Andy and I live in Gloucestershire. I have just bought my first "Campervan " . Although new to Wild Camping , I have been into caravans and tents for a long time. After retiring early this year , my wife and I decided to buy a "Van " and start exploring. As yet we have yet to venture out , but looking forward to the first time . Any tips and recommendations where to go and what to do would be greatly appreciated.

My first tip would be to go where everyone else isn't. Stay away from the popular spots. England has some amazing gems. North Norfolk coast, parts of Essex and part of the Kent coast - Chatham and the isle of grain to name a few.

Spend some time looking at the search feature, there's 17years of knowledge there ..try a subject at random..
Get the hang of using the the points of interest..P.O.I. feature..
It's ideal for finding safe, legal places to stay.
Remember that you are the visible face if campervanning, while there
Have fun and adventures.
 
Hi and welcome from Co Antrim, make sure you see all of Ireland, lots of places to wild, esp up north.
