Help with Megasat Caravanman 85 Satalite System

Has anyone had any problems with their Megasat Satalite system. Ours went wrong and stopped finding satalites and wouldn't go up or down. It has been back to the makers and everything has been repaired and updated but on refitting we still cant get a satalite. Any ideas folks or possibly an engineer in the wilds of Barrow in Furness area. Of course its out of guarantee now!!!!! B ryan.

It’s 100 miles away from you but their service is second to non and they are experts in motorhome and Caravan Satellites. I’ve used them twice for motorhome satellite installations and wouldn’t use anyone else.

I have the same model.
I updated the software about 3 months back and all has been fine, though all was fine before.
I did email them as the software update I downloaded would not load into the system. They pointed me to the correct download and it installed fine.

How did you get on, do you need a copy of the software to update your?

Did they check the cabling or just the unit.
