Help importing poi file to tomtom camper max

i have looked at all the help files and videos on how to do this, but they seem a completely different layout to the Camper max
has anyone else had the same issue with this model of tomtom or am i going mad

Does the TomTom-GO Camper Max permit import of third-party POI files?
IIRC, TomTom do not provide this facility on all of their devices. I can se nothing about importing third-party POI files in the device manual.

I don`t think it does, the only thing i can see on page 14 is ...............................................................................................

" TomTom GO Camper Max will come with exclusive pre-installed 3rd party POI lists from our partners "

AFAIK TomTom are working on a system update which will allow 3rd party POI's on unsupported devices, it could take some time though

Try this-
Launch TomTom MyDrive from the website.
Plug your device into the computer
Register your device.
When MyDrive opens see black menu on left - open "My Places".
Click "POI Files"
at bottom it says "Import POI file"
Make sure you know where it is.

Click "POI Files"
at bottom it says "Import POI file"
Make sure you know where it is.

Still can`t find his way back, neds to dump that sat nav and buy one that works.
