Been lurking for a while so thought the time had come to say hello:dance:
We bought an old transit minibus at the beginning of summer with the plan to create a cheap camper to have a bit of family fun in through the summer and with a bit of luck next year and beyond.
Here she is a 1998 transit long cube

Welcome and hope to enjoy being members on the forum and all the advice and knowledge which is available. I admire anyone who has the skills and ability to convert a van into a means of transporting and taking holidays with the family. After many years of MURVIs and Yankee Dayvans we bought our 'vintage' motorhome in April and have had so many great times away already.
No regrets, should have bought on many years ago.
