have done on pen n paper, layout for my van, but what type of wood and thickness?

vohringer ply is all very well but if you scratch it you can't fix it,never mind the price,plus at 15mm it's thicker than needed for most things. i like the corner bits and edging strips but you can,with a bit of packing,use them on any thickness birch ply for a lot less money and same weight,just stain it up to suit.think outside the box and save money
