Has AJS finally been banned.

If AJ puts forward a plea of Temporary Insanity, there are plenty of forum members who can back the claim up. The court can see a transcript of postings by the accused and that should clinch it. :)

The "temporary" part might be the stumbling block though. :D

If it is just a short ban for speeding as an example, After the ban finishes all is reinstated, and points wiped clean.

If the court instructs a re test must be taken at the end of the ban common with Dangerous driving then yes you have to pass every test from scratch.

Yeah I read that but it doest say why your getting banned, binned or whatever. I got banned once for crashing my first company car upside down up a tree in the lake district. Was 830am in the morning and I was over the limit. Only had the car 16 hours. got banned but kept me job. they repaired the car £6000 worth of damages. I went everywhere in the country on the train for 16 months. Fantastic. Arrive in a cab, get on the train, open Stella, get off train, get in cab, go to hotel bar, more stella, go to work the next day in a cab with no worries of getting banned. See banning people only makes them drink more!
