Can't remember what it's like on Hardknott but the road is quite wide at the hairpin bends on the Bealach.

Sounds like a proper adventure.

I was trying to make the Inn before it closed Mark. To be honest it wasn't too bad in places, but I swear at one point we were on 2 wheels near the top, luckily it was dark so Julie couldn't see the drop!

A motorhome blew over at the campsite that night. We were parked opposite the Inn and then moved to the small car park where the toilets are to get some shelter, but we still had to move the van in the early hours so it wasn't side on to the wind but we still got battered with spray from the sea.
