Guess where I am.

Nearly killed my dog getting stung with one. Luckily the vet was in the village and saved her life or her throat would have swollen and suffocate her.
Lucky dog with having a vet nearby, how did your dog manage to be stung, Cale?

Me, around my mouth and cheeks bore the brunt of the stings, my dive buddy too, we could not move out the way as decompressing on a shot line in open water, from memory, took about a week for the red blotches to disappear.

Was supposed to rain through the night and today but its missed us. You can seen the heavy rain front just the other side of Kintyre from the lounge window. Its not coming here now apparently. Sun always shines on the righteous so they say!! I'm actually slightly disappointed. I was kind of hoping for some dull wet weather to see how Wizard Merls nuclear solar system performs. :D

You'll be fine Barry, if all else fails just remember VE day and enforce your old tactic of severe power rationing.
You and Michelle get your union jack hand flags out and start singing "We'll Meet Again" and adopt the stiff upper lip and a 'can do spirit'
No telly
No overnight charging
Lights out at 9:30
Bully beef, carrots and powdered egg.

That sounds very much what it was like last year Merl. :D Bloody typical though. We get a new Merl Wizard system and now and its been wall to wall sunshine since we left 12 days ago with more of the same on the way! :ROFLMAO: We may never know how it will cope over three or four days of cack weather.

We just happened on this place, dead quiet, room for 50 or more vans, and not on any of the poi sites

Looks like Wild Boar territory Kev. They are dead easy to catch and taste great.

Here's what you need to do. Get some Croissants and smear them in Nutella and leave a trail into those trees. Place your washing basket on a stick raised above the last bit of croissant. Boars love Nutella and Croissants but they also will come to investigate softly spoken words so try a few "Bonjours" or “Je suis une omelette.”

Once the Boar is under the basket, pull the string on the stick to drop the basket down and capture it. Sit on the basket and then to subdue it simply sing "Non, Je ne regrette rien" by Édith Piaf, they love that and will go into a kind of stupor. To despatch it there is a little pressure pad behind its ear, pull its ears back and press on it and thats it!! Its a goner.

Endless sausages for the rest of the trip!!

Here you go. This should help. Looks like you an all!

So not only did the rain not appear it's turned out to be the warmest day since we got here. Set off the full length of the east coast which is just spectacular and I'm too hot in me new jacket. Now stripped off on the beach at Kidlonan on the south east corner. Well not full nuddy obviously although I have done that here before many "moons" ago. 😂

Eugh, not had me tea yet ****.

Yeah but I was in the late 90s. I always swanned around in the nuddy back then as I was so hot. 🤩

Once I'm back to proper Rock God shape i might do it again. Don't worry, I'll post the photos.
