Good morning for the solar today in the Peak District .

First time away since October last year ...
Had a few ups and downs recently that's meant us not getting away ...
Christmas trip was cancelled last minute (after new tyres on the moho and fully fueled and gassed up sat ready to go )
BUT managed to get away on Saturday to one of our fave quiet CL/CS spots in Derbyshire ...

Weather hasn't been fab BUT tucked up with a few beers,a bottle of Lagavulin the dogs and the other half ...

And nice to see the solar stretching it's legs in the sun this morning .

Yesterday was a good day for Solar on the Lancashire coast.

The rain washed the dirt off the panels.

We drove through some biblical rain on Saturday on our way ...
BUT soon as we got to Buxton there was,nothing and only had light showers yesterday .

Had to look hard, as I thought that was Custard Fields.

We had to be pulled off site with a tractor as were everyone else yesterday, at the Northern Kin Festival, still had a great time.
