Generator oil

Just checking things out months ahead and cranked up my Genny and now showing a low oil light.
The question is, which spec of oil should I go for ?
The genny is a Workzone (Aldi) Titanium 2000w.

Unless you know otherwise, then car engine oil, 10w40

It will only need about a pint,

Nothing fancy.

10w30 goes in all the other 4 stroke workzone gens. Can not seem to find the manual for that. Would need the model number. As Harrow says 10w40 will be fine, whichever is the easiest to find.

You will be ok with asda 10/40 semi sin,buy a 5ltr pack £16,should keep you well oiled.:cheers:

Caravan generators run without oil..
Trust me...... They eventually run perfectly soundless.. Just after the horrible grinding noise and burning smell.
