Yes they've taken over Mango and KiWhi to become Fulli, covers France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

We are talking about Telepeage tags that fit on your windscreen, and charge you electronically for the toll. It basically means you don’t have to stop at the peage.
We have a Fulli, which covers Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Only discovered it worked in Italy when the barrier had to be manually operated to let me through .

Using it in France now . French system is very slow compared to Italian. Older technology maybe ?
