Bleeding fridge RM8360L is acting up now it's always been a cow to start, piezo igniter, but now it won't play I normally get a wuff as it ignites, but nothing now I might get the conversion kit to a battery igniter.

Anyone done that?

It'd cost more than we have spare Kev and if I can get it all sorted it's going up for sale, I doubt we could get a loan, I'd love a newish 8 or 9 speed auto Ducato, so I fear it'll have to be a coach built auto transit as I've not seen an auto pvc.

I did find a cat n 2022 adria, which needed a bit of cosmetic interior work but out of our reach quite depressing if I dwell in it mate.

Wet belt bang, ford, fix or repair daily.
12v compressor fridges from around £300, back pocket money. ;)

Is it clicking Kev? My old one went like that and often needed all the crap blown out with a compressor around the burner.

You can get used fridges of course for a couple of hundred quid if you are lucky.

I sold one a while back for £25, taken out of a elddis caravan i broke up.
Go electric if you have the batteries and a smart inverter.

I doubt the actual piezo.spark generator is faulty Kev, it's usually an issue with the HT )High tension) cable between the piezo and the burner, sometimes the high voltage is jumping where it shouldn't. Can you pop the vent cover off and light it manually just to get you by?

i recently put a new one on my house cooker for about a tenner, had to bodge a push switch , so the makewas nnot important
i got a 1.5 6 output

I can't hear a spark or gas lightning so I'm certain it is an ign problem, might look at lightning it though.

Problem solved.

I took the vent cover off and there were loads of very stiff cables, so I left it alone for now, I'll get it serviced later.

Was that the one with fire damage Puds? If so, I would be wary of electrical issues, nice van though.

Yes, under passenger seat so good access to repair, smoke damage would worry me more, had I the funds I'd go for it anyway after a professional inspection, maybe flog it and buy a none damaged one.

50ltr's are ok for weekenders but not much use to me, I can fill a 105ltr fridge and still need a cool box 🤣
Buy fresh from garage shops when passing, no need to carry food for a long stay of grid, unless you are a starvo. 😂

If I remember rightly, there was damage to the cab linings and the passenger seat was kaput. Not a big deal I suppose but it would be something I couldn't live with, it'd be shouting at me all the time. Still seemed cheap though.

Inspection highly advised Ral not a problem for me, not sure if it is still for sake actually, and parts like a matching passenger seat may require reupholstered the cab at least, or covers.
