fridge again !!!

having bitten the bullet & payed £2k for a new replacement fridge freezer the fridge arrived the service engineer & i unpacked it & found a gouge in the door handle , suppliers wouldn’t just send a door so had to return the whole unit, today the replacement for the replacement came again we unpacked it to find even worse damage this time the panel itself was damaged , the damage on both fridges is approximately the same height leading us to think something has dragged across them while lined up in the warehouse they have then shipped them hoping to claim of the transport company, so now getting frustrated but the poor engineer only a small company has lost 2days work this week & i still have no fridge, at the moment i’m not concerned but we intend to head south in about 5 weeks i’ll soon be getting twitchy

What a bummer, I'd ask them to inspect the replacement before re-sending or to give you a massive discount if you wanted to take a damaged one.
