Didn't know where else to post really?

Do I need to be a full member to advertise something, even if I'm offering it for free?
 
You can post just like you have done with this thread,only thing is you can't pm as you are a free member.
As you don't want to put up your contact or address for all to see
 
If you cant PM you could always set up a throw away temporary gmail email address just for this thread for members to get in touch.
