FRANCE V HARRIS/Lewis etc ?

We have also booked two weeks from the 6th July to go to France but I have not booked the ferry yet as we have been thinking about staying in the UK and touring Wales and the South , but still keep thinking France is the place to go .I think I will have to stop thinking :hammer::lol-053:

Then tour Kent and surrounding areas you can wave to France and from parts on a clear night you can see it lit up in the distance.

Our dilemma is we love france ,we used to go with the espace, trailer ,full of camping gear when kids were at primary school ,we then became a tugger ,b4motorhomes,the kids are now adults and still they talk about remember when’s ,they made friends with Irish,Dutch ,English,German and French families,
They want to take their family’s to Carnac where we first started out doing france
It’s a place deep in our memories and hearts

Make new adult memories now go to new places the whole point of s holiday home on wheels is to explore and not do same as same as.

Yeah even though we go every year to France we don’t do the same as the years prior. .
There’s times we come off the ferry and just follow our noses nought planned but once or twice we’ve chased the good weather ,not often I hasten to add

No contest man! Get yer ar5e over to the Hebs it will take your breath away. Luskintire beach has to be seen to be believed. Black pud lovers paradise and camping on the beaches of the Uists is hard to beat. Once you've been you'll be hooked.

France for me, love scotland to bits, love touring round but the weather and midges in summer lol :)

Head to the Isles Gordon. Donald and I did Ullapool to Oban. Brilliant holiday. When we came aff the ferry we ended up 'camping' wi another 2 motorhomers in Asda car park as we were knackered. Some of the roads were gye dodgy but still well worth the journey.

I'd say go for something totally new Gordon, France is nice but the Scottish Isle's are unique no where else like them in the world. Bit like Scotland in general really. I'm heading to Scotland in 8 wks time can't wait, taking in Harris&Lewis for 5 days. Germany would be a close second for me. Go on Gordon you must have it your head or you wouldn't be mentioning it on here. Look forward to seeing some good pics from you 😁
