Anyone got a book for sale? The new one comes out in February and I go away January.
 
Have you still got an old one - no one has asked to see ours. Much more relaxed than Britstops. I don't think we will get away until Feb as we will need to check everything ok when we get MH.

Perfect timing this thread, as I'm just considering getting one for next year.
Can I just ask Jenny, Is it all Vinyards or is there a decent selection of alternatives, as I don't drink lol

Never bought one Jenny and doesn't seem much point buying old one full price when new one out in January! If I had an address I could get it sent to Spain!
 
Plenty of alternatives - if you go to Eastern France it's mainly vineyards there - even so, you don't feel as obligated to buy as with Britstops (I know you don't need to buy).
I definitely think it's worth a punt. I don't think I'll be buying a new one this year as we will use 2016 one again.
I'm not into alcohol that much either. More farm shops - stopped at small vineyard who also produced his own excellent olive oil. Can't remember which posh champagne one was at top of mountain - nowhere to buy anything but the views were spectacular. Perhaps Carol or Stonedaddy will remember where it was. Another one was a small cake factory - samples all round the shop - I would defy anyone to go in there and not buy something after tasting the samples.
 
Since the recession..., remember that? .... We have found that the French producers have been much more welcoming to Camping Cars.
Many seem to have given up on the F.P. Scheme and the cost of their membership. They just put a simple sign up saying that we are welcome.
Don't you get too carried away with all that French Passion.. Behave yourself.

Bring us a nice black pudding,if you're passing this way.

Hi Carol,

If you get down to Bolnuevo you're welcome to our 2015 edition, we'll be here until the end of March. Good for reference and no one has ever asked to see our ID in the last few years.

Hi Pat, I'm planning on getting there as you've recommended it so highly and I've got the ACSI so want to use it, unlike this year. Do you have ant coordinates as you may have heard I'm rubbish at finding places! Hope you're well and enjoying life xx
