Derek said "I bet they have a little peek though" and I reckon he was right. Another very clever man and it wasn't wise to try and get the better of him because he was just too sharp.

Another good thread on here. I am only a member of WC & Motorhomer, although MH to a far lesser extent, mainly for rallies.

I first discovered WC over 10 years ago thanks to Barryd's Hank the Tank blog.
And yes, I did send him an email, but I can't remember if he replied to tell me how excited it made him.

I blocked Seamus completely, Wintonian for a while, and one other who I shan't mention as it was only for a short while, and he is still alive.

The first thing that I do everyday is log in here to check the posts, then motorhomer, then a site that isn't as much fun as it sounds although I only go on to look at the classifieds, I check back here regularly throughout the day even if I don't post much, I have met a lot of members at meets and only disliked one, or should I say he disliked me, fellow Yorkshireman as well but I was probably too posh for him

Blimey! Nearly 10 years for us! We don't get on here that much, but when I do, I spend too much time reading back and posting! We have not met any of you! We have not been to a meet either and that is mostly because 'er indoors is still working! So time is limited.

But I have to say that the rag-tag bunch of reprobates who make up this forum seem to be an OK bunch. We are on another forum, we joined when we first bought our old Talbot (R.I.P.). We are still on it, but that is mainly because I needed some in depth advice. One guy spent hours trying to sort my problem out and finally did. So I keep it in reserve.

I know we will never all agree, but we can all get over it and move on. Long may it continue.
