Very interesting, a decent app would help to make it more user friendly, with the facility to pay via Paypal etc, input registration number and possibly book or at least know in advance if spaces were available, this should cover the cost of the local forester chappie or chapess to visit sites on their way home to check all have paid and turf out freeloaders
