I'm selling my whisky collection there is 90+ bottles including some rare, some small batch releases, some full strength, some 50+ years old, some gift packs with tumblers, some cheap, some expensive, whatever it may be it will be below retail price and some of the rarer bottles will be £££'s below retail.
Most of the collection is Scottish whisky although there is English, Irish, NZ, Japanese, Canadian and American bourbons such as the Jim Beam San Francisco No.9 Cable Car, bottled 1983 @ 80 proof. https://whisky.auction/auctions/lot/90523/jim-beam-san-francisco-cable-car
There are commemorative decanters containing Bells whisky, House of Lords, Referendum whisky and French Courvoisier VS.

Scottish whisky includes: Auchentoshan, Old Pulteney, Ledaig, Cragganmore, Bruichladdich, Tomintoul, Scapa, Longmorn, Arbelour, Tobermory and more.

If anyone wants to buy the entire collection viewing can be arranged. I am looking for around £6k.

Prices for individual whiskies start £12 up to £250

looks good Ral. I’d just drink them all. I’ve knocked back a few expensive bottles that were supposed to be collected or kept for special occasions. I can see the Auchentoshan distillery from my back garden it’s been my favourite for a few years and sells really well to the American and Japanese markets. Good luck with the sale mate. I’ll have a look at the full list later

A list of what you have would be a good idea
Just testing the water to see what interest there is, if any. If peeps are interested I will compile a list although it may not mean much without some knowledge on dating whisky.
I've found that dating and placing a value on individual bottles is like researching vinyl records. For example, there are dozens of The Beatles album, some are worth 10x more than others depending on the matrix marking and oddities in the label and cover printing.
A bottle of Ledaig 50 years ago looks quite different to a bottle today and it would have changed many times over the years regarding bottle shape, strength, label colouring, text, bottle etc.
To list a Ledaig, 70cl, 40% doesn't mean an awful lot because of the above, you need to see the actual bottle and know what you are looking at.

If anybody is looking for a specific bottle I can supply more info and pics.

If you have a Port Ellen cast conditioned 50% plus 1970/80s let me know
