delamination usually means the layers of thin wood veneers that make up a plywood panel are coming away from each other, creating air gaps which causes that feeling as you walk on them .lift the floor covering and put screws in where it's spongy

Floor delamination in my own case was due to water ingress and as stated above the laminations came apart all due to poor manufacture. Common solution which I used was to inject epoxy resin to bind together, not pretty but effective and also so seal the source.

Is there any particular area in your MH? Hopefully your warranty will cover and how old is MH?

It is a 20013. Foam sandwich floor. It is covered on warranty. I am curios to no how it will be repaired. Will it need a new floor. It is a factory repair .it is built on a flatbed so most of the under floor is steel. iI am gutted as I will loose the van for ????weeks

Most certain you will lose the van for weeks.
My new motorhome was at Swift for 5 weeks to remove and refit windows and repair a wall panel.
