Has anyone done this? I'm a bit wary of trying to cut a large hole through the floor when presumably its steel!

Not sure quite what you are after.
Is it part of a SOG?,
or to make the smells go away quicker?
Or is it to drain any spilt liquid
or is it to mount the waste tank under floor level.?

for a c260 you will need a large hole in he side of the van to get cassette in and out.

Any holes in the floor should be measured carefully both inside and outside the vehicle and a pilot hole drilled ensuring there are no cables/pipes/structural elements underneath. Preferably get the measurements before you buy the product.

The steel will cut easily enough with a decent holesaw.

This may help;

already got the loo, its the extractor I was wondering about adding. The guy on U tube has a coachbuilt, I believe

I have a SOG system fitted to my motorhome toilet the extractor fan is a small computer type cooling fan so if you need to install an exhaust duct it doesn’t need to be very big. I can take some photos if that helps.

Thanks - so, I've "explored" a bit. When I cut the hole through under the loo, I found a void with the ducts for the blown air heating - venting into that cavity would, I suspect, cause a spectacular fumigation event. Its hard to see how I could get a vent through that void and to the outside world. I was wondering if anyone else had a solution.

Will that mean that the toilet will be venting under the Van ? If so surely bit smelly if your sitting outside when its being used
