Due to circumstances (and getting a bad back), have not been away in the motorhome this year until Saturday Night!
Just the one night as went to an event at Bamburgh Castle.
Getting the Motorhome ready to go
But first had to check for any unbooked passengers ...

Getting some useful Hab Battery recharging on the drive there. Combination of B2B and Solar ...
The weekend event was put on by 'VERA' as a bit of a D-Day commemoration. One part of the display.
Not the greatest weather this weekend. Bit better on the Sunday than the Saturday.
Booked an overnight space at the Links Road Car Park next to the castle. Cost £12 for an overnight space in a car park which I thought was kind of ok as it was very convenient for the Castle
And saved having to move to find somewhere else and then return with possibly no spaces available.
The spaces are pretty compact as can be seen from this photo
They are plenty long enough (a big 9M A-Class parked in one and was within the space length). Bit too narrow though. Overnight parking is only for every other space though so you have around 3M gap between each van at night, so at least better than just stopping in a parking space in a busy car park overnight.
I don't know if I just got 'lucky' with the date or if it is a regular Saturday Night thing at the car park, but ended up with around 30 sets of dickhead boy racer types tearing around the carpark until around 11PM. One particularly impressive individual was constantly riding up and down in his badly tuned moped, resplendant with L plates to show off boastfully his level of expertise.
I don't think I will be booking another Saturday Night at that Carpark! Wouldn't bother for free let alone another £12 to get that
We're probably going back to Bamburgh Castle next Saturday for a Jousting event, but almost certainly in the car and not overnighting.
And hit a nice round 117,000 mile mark on the van when reentering Scotland on Sunday
