Finally... project wind turbine and led lighting.

Finally got the wind turbine up this weekend along with the solar panel and enjoying our Merc Hymer B540, to power up the 230 without the need for EHU.. winner. apart from my 500w inverter packing up, so had to temp fit the sterling 1000w pure.. anyway what a weekend we've had, sunshine good company in a field with like minded idiots in search of a village lol. Just have some tweaking to do, the most I got out of combined energy was 22ah but the wind was light on sunday.. the fridge/freezer took most amps out of the batteries... did really enjoyed the wild camp in such a good location and with the bonus of good weather..

You would get better results from the wind turbine with a higher mast. There looked to be too many obstructions to 'clean' wind in your photos.

A lower mast is OK in stronger winds providing it is sited suitably.
